Trade in my IE2 with a brand new soundtrue Ultra. Had to pay $74 while a brand new cost about $150. Still worth it.
Went to store yesterday to buy a pair of headphones for $179 but their price was different than Bose Corp. Salesman tries to upscale me and tells me to think about it because they are changing the prices today. I decide to stick to my original plan and go back the next day (I asked the guy if I should buy them beforehand and he said they will be changing the prices so don’t worry about it-still trying to get me to purchase the more expensive ones). When I go back Bose Corp for some reason removes the silver ones on their website and the manager and asset manager both refuse to sell me the silver ones at the price of the black ones even after explaining the situation. I EVEN CALL BOSE CORP IN FRONT OF THEM WHO STATES THAT THEY WILL SELL ME THE SILVER ONES AT $179! Except these were for a gift and I needed them immediately. It was only $20 but the inflexibility of these so called managers is ridiculous. You are really gonna lose a customer over that. You both are terrible business people and should not be managing a store. Very poor customer service when you can’t even meet the customer service of a person in the Bose Philippines call center!
