I went in to get a battery for my watch $25 lifetime guarantee the lady I spoke to said they do not do that anymore I called the Kay Jewelers in Louisville off of Dixie Highway and they said they do the lady was going to tell me it was $125 to send it off plus the battery that's not so I would give him less than a star but it doesn't go that low
