We will not go back. Waited forever, a waiter eventually came over and informed us he had been in the bathroom all that time. He sent a different waitress over and we finally placed our order. We waited for another half hour or more. In the end the manager came over and said they had to recook our order because it sat out so long it was now cold. We left dissatisfied and hungry. It's overpriced and overrated. We ended up in trusted culvers drive thru because we had some where to be and were now running late.
Went there tonight... waited 5 minutes to be seated. The manager was at register and said we will be with you in a minute. Had 5 adults and 2 kids. We asked for a highchair. Finally got seated at a booth in the very back of the restaurant where we couldn't even fit one highchair and they informed us that they didn't have boosters. Few minutes later, same waitress that seated us came back and told us they were closing in 8 mins and laughed. So we had to drag out 2 small children who were ready to eat. I would give them a 0 if I could. Just lazy and rude.
On a lighter not, my server was very good, although he was catering to at least 6 other tables.
Went to eat on a late Sunday afternoon, there was a 25 minute wait due to the place being so small for where it is. At first our service was great. We ordered a water, a root beer, 2 peanut butter banana shakes, 2 burgers, and a side of onion rings. After ordering our server came back once with the ketchup cups one of which had a hair in it, we pushed it aside since we were not going to use it anyways. We waiting about 20 minutes and finally got our burgers and onion rings, it took another 5 minutes after getting our food for silverware and napkins. I asked about our milk shakes, she said they were not ready yet and brought them to us 3 minutes after, they were both pretty melted by then. The server never came to check on us after that, we had to stop her and ask for a refill on the root beer which she seems annoyed to have to fill. She also pushed the check on us before we were done, came back 5 minutes later while we were still eating asking if we were ready to pay yet, we were not but felt like we were being force out so we hurried up and paid. After she processed the payment and brought our card back, she said thanks and we didn't see her at our table again, I watched her go to another table and after she left the lady sitting looked just as frustrated as I did. This was our second time ever going to any Johnny Rockets and this is the only location we have ever been to. Our first visit was great and we loved it, this visit will keep us from going back for a very long time if we go back at all.
Waited 30 minutes to be seated, then another 25 for my food. I got a double turkey burger and it was the greasiest Sandwhich in my life. The entire bottom bun was mush from soaking the grease. The restaurant was so loud and crowded that my wife and I had to yell across the table to talk to one another... a 32inch table.
Went there tonight, we waited for 20 min for a table, however there were lots of tables empty. After we got seated we waited for at least 10 minutes b4 we were even noticed by a waitress, who walked up and asked has anybody came over here yet, my reply was no, so she told me wait a min let me find out who uour waitress is, i am guessing it was the girl that came out with her purse and told them i am off. So they started asking all the other waitresses to take a table and one did, now its been 25 minutes we sat waiting. The waitress came over and said i am sorry can i get your drinks, we ordered them and within 5 min she came back over to us and said i am sorry but we have no ice, it was 100 degrees out there, i said you know what i think we will just go somewhere else, thank you. Have a great night. Very dissatisfied customer if i could give 0 stars i would. Not to mention you get a hamburger for close to 7 dollars, and you get a small house salad or fries for 2.00 extra. Really johnny rockets that is crazy.
