The customer service here was terrible. The staff were just sitting on the counters doing nothing, and offered no help when questions were asked.
The salesman didn't even know that Crocs makes boots for men! Such a joke!
Very nice selection but the prices were way too high. Most other department stores have sales that are better than the prices found here. You can certainly find better deals online.
Couldn't even check the shoes before selling them. Gave us a pair of shoes two different sizes. Wasted an hour driving. Pathetic. Thought crocs would be better than that
