Horrible staff
I just tried to call them and it rang for over 2 minutes with no answer. Yes it was during business hours.
No one but the manager knows how to or can do a return/exchange so the wait to do this is extremely long. If the employees can't be trained in the process than a manager should be available at all times. Especially during the busy holiday shopping times.
I don't know why they even work there... They seemed so lazy and disrespectful towards to customers.. When I had to call them for help, They were so nasty.. Even I said Thank you to be just nice, she didn't say anything.. I don't like to go there again!!!.. In fact They don't deserve any star at all.....
